About Us

Chariot of Eternity Oasis of Ordo Templi Orientis is chartered in the Valley of Cleveland, Ohio. It is one of the oldest O.T.O. bodies in the Midwest. Chariot of Eternity is an initiating body of the O.T.O., being chartered to conduct the "Man of Earth" (0' - III') Degree initiations of the Order. 

Additionally, Chariot of Eternity performs the Gnostic Catholic Church's (EGC) Gnostic Mass regularly. Chariot of Eternity also holds regular meetings and workshops on a myriad of subjects from ceremonial magick, Thelemic ritual, and esoterica to philosophy and literature. 

About O.T.O. 

The letters O.T.O. stand for Ordo Templi Orientis, the Order of Oriental Templars, or Order of the Temple of the East. O.T.O. is dedicated to the high purpose of securing Liberty of the Individual and his or her advancement in Light, Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge, and Power through Beauty, Courage, and Wit, on the Foundation of Universal Brotherhood. 

U.S. Grand Lodge is the governing body of O.T.O. in the United States. It is the most populous and active branch of O.T.O., with 40+ local bodies in over 20 states.
